Webster Planning Board Approves New Equipment Store and Garage, Denies Car Dealership Expansion

On December 2, 2025, the Webster Planning Board met at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Board Room at 1002 Ridge Road, Webster, New York. The meeting was chaired by Anthony Casciani. The Board reviewed several development applications, held a public hearing, and addressed scheduled and administrative matters.

The Board granted final site plan approval with conditions to two projects. The first was Piranha Rents, an equipment rental store proposed by Patrick Young at Five Mile Line Road in Lowe’s Plaza. This project includes a 4,600 square foot store and a 41,700 square foot gravel storage yard on a 7.94-acre lot. The second approval was for Bella Terra Maintenance Garage. The applicant, Mike Ritchie of Costich Engineering, proposed a 1,600 square foot accessory garage on Terra Verde Way Lot 209.

The Board denied the preliminary site plan for Vision Mitsubishi Webster at 765 Ridge Road. Applicants Robert Sanders and Andrew Spencer requested approval for a 1,200 square foot building addition and parking lot expansion.
