ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Rochester police said a man was arrested for the fourth time this week. He has been accused of fighting with police and stealing from a business on East Main Street.
Around 9 p.m. Thursday night, the Rochester Police Department was investigating an altercation on East Main Street. A business owner told police that a man went into his business, stole a tip jar, and ran away.
