Waterloo Police arrested a Rochester man this week after finding him unconscious in a vehicle with crack and fentanyl in the Seneca County Courthouse parking lot.
Matthew J. Pratt, 36, was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree and obstructing governmental administration in the 2nd degree, following the incident on December 3.
Officers responded after receiving a report of a man passed out in a car. When they arrived, they found Pratt and discovered he had quantities of crack cocaine and fentanyl on him. Police say he also gave them a false name during the investigation.
Once officers confirmed Pratt’s identity, they learned he had multiple outstanding warrants out of Monroe County. After being processed in Waterloo, he was released with an appearance ticket and turned over to Monroe County Sheriff’s Deputies…
