ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Two Rochester brothers who own a local fitness center have been charged in a federal drug conspiracy involving large quantities of cocaine, prosecutors said Thursday.
Joel Rucci, 38, and Andy Rucci, 41, were arrested and charged by criminal complaint with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, and to distribute, five kilograms or more of cocaine, according to prosecutors. The charge carries a maximum penalty of life in prison and a $20 million fine.
