Rochester, N.Y. (WHAM) — The Roc Holiday Village has once again transformed Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Park in downtown Rochester into a festive wonderland reminiscent of a mini Rockefeller Center.
The seventh annual event, which runs through Dec. 28, offers a variety of holiday experiences, including shopping, ice skating and unique igloo spaces.
