ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — High End New York is marking 100 days since opening its doors in the South Wedge neighborhood. The cannabis dispensary launched as dozens of other legal dispensaries began operating across New York State.
Jerry Christopher, Director of Community Relations, says the company believes New York is setting the standard for cannabis research, safety, and education.
