ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A Monroe County Sheriff’s deputy was hurt Wednesday when a Rochester man allegedly fought with deputies after a domestic dispute in a busy Henrietta parking lot.
Deputies responded just before 1 p.m. Wednesday for reports of a man and woman fighting outside 660 Jefferson Road. They found the man pinning the woman to the ground, investigators said. The two were in a relationship and had argued earlier.
As deputies tried to intervene, the man — identified as Dakota Nesbitt-Johnson, 19 — ignored commands, locked himself in his vehicle and tried to back up, nearly hitting a deputy.
