ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Get ready for another blast of wintry weather this winter, thanks to a pair of cold fronts. Saturday starts off with some light snow showers, and the chance for a brief burst of snow as our first cold front moves through. Snowfall amounts will be low, with about an inch of snow or less for most areas. Winds will pick up a bit, and temperatures begin to tumble. We start the day in the upper 20s, but we’ll fall into the teens by late afternoon with wind chills in the single digits. Winds will gust to near 30 mph out of the west. Most lake effect will aim at the Tug Hill, which means the majority of our area will be cold, but quiet.
