ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Communities across the Finger Lakes will receive millions of dollars in state grants and low-interest financing to upgrade aging water and sewer infrastructure, part of a broader statewide investment announced by Gov. Kathy Hochul.
The New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation approved funding for four Finger Lakes projects aimed at improving drinking water systems and wastewater treatment, while minimizing costs for local ratepayers.
