ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – The Economic Justice Committee of Citizen Action will be hosting the second ROC The Block Party on Saturday in Rochester at East High School. The celebration will be a day of free hot food, music, and an opportunity to connect those in the community with resources offered by local groups.
Organizers say local vendors and entrepreneurs will be showcasing their products. Citizen Action will collect and give away free winter clothes and non-perishables to those in need.
