ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A woman has pleaded guilty to assaulting a 75-year-old man in a parking lot on Culver Road in August.
Toni Palermo pleaded guilty to assault in the second degree Tuesday. Surveillance video shared with News10NBC by the victim’s daughter back in August showed Palermo shoving James Spampinato to the ground.
