ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A major figure in Rochester’s violent drug trade will learn his fate Thursday.
Brandon Washington, known as “B Mack,” faces a mandatory minimum of 15 years in federal prison—and possibly life—when he is sentenced for running a marijuana distribution network fortified with firearms and linked to multiple shootings, including the ambush that killed RPD Officer Anthony Mazurkewicz.
Washington, 40, of Rochester, pleaded guilty earlier this year to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute 100 kilograms or more of marijuana and possession of firearms in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.
