Mental health crisis prompts large police presence on Tuscany Lane in Penfield

PENFIELD, N.Y. — Tuscany Lane in Penfield was shut down for awhile as Webster Police and the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office investigated a mental health crisis.

According to Sgt. Brendan Hurley, it started at around 1 p.m. Wednesday when Webster Police got a call about a mental health crisis.

After looking in Webster, authorities found the man on Tuscany Lane in Penfield. Hurley says no guns or weapons were involved…
