Rochester man charged after being accused of killing cat by throwing it down garbage chute

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A Rochester man is facing charges after the Lollypop Farm Humane Law Enforcement says he killed by a cat by throwing it into a garbage chute.

Officials from Lollypop Farm say on May 7, security cameras at Andrews Terrace apartment on St. Paul Street caught Larry Neal putting a bag into a garbage chute.

Around the same time, an employee working near the garbage chute heard a loud noise. Officials say the employee went to check it out and found a small cat inside the bag…
