Rochester, N.Y. (WHAM) — After a couple of days of milder weather, temperatures fell Friday, as the region felt powerful gusts of wind and localized snowfall.
At the Roc Holiday Village, many stayed warm inside — but dozens were still seen enjoying the outdoor amenities by late evening.
