Mother and daughter mark 20 years as volunteer bell ringers

GREECE, N.Y. — It’s an unmistakable sound. Every year around this time, thousands of New Yorkers volunteer their time to ring bells and raise money for the Salvation Army. In Rochester, for one family, it’s a longtime family tradition.
