ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rodney Lowman was sentenced Monday for his role in a 2022 deadly hit-and-run incident.
Lowman was found guilty of manslaughter and leaving the scene of a crash that resulted in a person’s death. The crash occurred on North Winton Road in February 2022.
Back in 2022, Richard Massey Jr. was driving when he saw a car crash that involved someone he knew. Police said that Massey got out of his car to check on the person when one of the drivers, Rodney Lowman, who was involved in the initial crash, hit Massey and drove off, leaving him to die in the street…
