ROCHESTER, N.Y. — For months, Tim Walsh of 501 Seneca Parkway has been receiving FedEx packages meant for an apartment building at 501 Seneca Manor Drive, located more than three miles away. Despite his efforts to resolve the issue by contacting customer support and visiting a nearby store, the problem persisted.
“We’ve often returned packages to the FedEx office,” Walsh said. “And sometimes we’ve just gone over and delivered them because they seem like they’re kind of important.”
Walsh explained that the issue has worsened with the holiday season. “Currently, we’ve gotten a lot more because of the holidays and, trying to get through to get somebody to pick them up has been a challenge,” he said…
