Elba, N.Y. (WHAM) — Strong winds Monday caused headaches for many people across Western New York.
Scott Heatherman said a tree took a “pretty good crash” outside his home in Elba early in the morning, knocking out power and forcing him to use a generator.
“I was out checking things outside my house and I see this tree start to rock,” he said. “Next thing I know, it took one good gust and took it right over on top of this truck.”…
