‘She was never alone’: Loved ones release balloons for Carolyn “Danny” Siplin

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Family members and loved ones of 33-year-old Carolyn “Danny” Siplin gathered Sunday for a balloon release at the St. Paul Street Bridge, marking the spot where Siplin’s body was recovered.

A long line of people stretched across the bridge, embracing one another through tears as they honored Siplin’s life.

“Just to see the people that came out to the bridge — it’s just beautiful. She was a beautiful person from the inside out,” said Siplin’s uncle, Robert Dixon. “It means everything. Especially because she was alone at the end, and to have all these people come out and show her love is really beautiful.”…
