Rochester, N.Y. — A woman charged in connection with her 16-year-old son’s death will remain in the Monroe County Jail, at least for now.
Police said Aneka Connor, 38, and her son, Ca’hry Gibson, were arguing Oct. 10 when Connor left her home and got into her vehicle on Breck Street in Rochester.
Gibson jumped onto the vehicle as Connor attempted to back out, according to police, with video evidence showing the vehicle “accelerating forward at a high rate of speed” and Gibson “falling off the vehicle to the pavement.”…
