Penfield woman pleads not guilty to charges after Halloween party with underage drinking

Penfield, N.Y. (WHAM) — A woman pleaded not guilty Wednesday to charges stemming from a house party on Halloween that police said involved underage drinking.

The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office said deputies were called to a home on Redwood Drive Oct. 31 after receiving reports of a 17-year-old boy who was unconscious after falling. Investigators said the teen had been drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana before hitting his head.
