RRH earns national culture honor

Rochester Regional Health has landed a national honor for how it treats its workforce.

Newsweek named Rochester Regional Health one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Culture, Belonging and Community for 2026. The recognition comes through a partnership with Plant-A Insights Group.

The designation highlights organizations that build inclusive, supportive workplaces where employees feel connected and valued. Newsweek based the rankings on one of the largest independent workplace studies in the country, drawing from millions of employee reviews and third-party analysis.
