Rochester, N.Y. — Four people face charges after police said they kidnapped two victims, held them hostage, and assaulted them over an alleged drug debt before one of the victims was able to call for help.
Police said they responded around 12:30 a.m. Saturday, after a caller told them his cousin was being held hostage at a house on Weyl Street.
The victim said he and his cousin had gone there to buy drugs and were held captive, according to police. The victim reported that he was assaulted and then followed to a nearby address to get valuables to pay off the debt…
