ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Three suspects in a violent kidnapping and assault case made an appearance in Rochester City Court on Thursday.
Wilson Ventura Cruz and Carlos DeJesus were accused of kidnapping two people over a drug debt. The incident occurred on Weyl Street early Saturday morning.
The Monroe County grand jury voted to indict them on at least one felony count. No new court date will be scheduled for them until the grand jury rises…
