Man arrested in Rochester dies at ICE facility in Texas

Rochester, N.Y. (WHAM) — The death of a Henrietta man in U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody is likely to be investigated as a homicide, according to a Washington Post report.

Geraldo Lunas Campos, 55, died Jan. 3 at Camp East Montana, an ICE detention facility just outside El Paso, Texas.
