Father of inmate killed by guards reacts to shocking plea deal in manslaughter trial

Rochester, N.Y. (WHAM) — The last trial connected to the beating death of Rochester native and prison inmate Robert Brooks ended with a plea deal Friday.

Former Marcy corrections officer Michael Fisher was originally charged with manslaughter, but he pleaded guilty to reckless endangerment amid a jury deadlock.
