ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The death of a Cuban migrant from Rochester within an ICE facility in Texas has been ruled a homicide.
55-year-old Geraldo Lunas Campos was arrested in Rochester during a planned enforcement operation last July. He died on January 3. The Department of Homeland Security said he experienced medical distress.
