GREECE, N.Y. — A Hilton woman has been contesting a $250 fine for nearly a year after receiving a ticket for passing a school bus in Greece. The ticket was issued last April as part of the Monroe County School Bus Safety Program operated by BusPatrol.
Christina Trinca-McManus said she was ticketed after being waved on by a bus driver parked in front of a Walgreens. She refused to pay the ticket and sent a letter back.
In May, Trinca-McManus received a letter from BusPatrol stating it was working on getting her a hearing date. However, she said she has not received any updates since then…
