‘If you don’t have to go out, don’t’: Monroe County leaders on winter storm preparations

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Monroe County Executive Adam Bello was joined by local leaders to discuss preparations for the upcoming winter storm on Friday.

Monroe County has issued a state of emergency, in addition to the statewide declaration already announced by Gov. Kathy Hochul. As meteorologists are projecting upwards of 18 inches of snow from Sunday into Monday.
