ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The Rochester region is working to unbury after being slammed by the largest winter storm in at least eight years.
Monroe County is still advising drivers to avoid all unnecessary travel. News10NBC traveled across the region on Monday morning to check on the conditions and saw this SUV off the road and into the snow on I-390 near Brooks Avenue. We’ve heard several other reports of cars off the road.
