Rochester and Irondequoit deal with the recent snow conditions

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A recent snowfall has left the city of Rochester and the town of Irondequoit handling snow removal in their own ways. News10NBC’s Erin Mahon drove up Culver Road to observe the differences between the two areas.

On the Rochester side of Culver Road, snow conditions varied depending on the time of day, with some areas remaining snow-covered. In contrast, the Irondequoit side appeared much clearer, with lanes visible and snow pushed to the side.

Erin spoke with residents on a side street in Rochester as they worked to clear their driveways and dig out their cars. Some residents said they spent more than an hour clearing snow. Despite the hard work in the cold, many maintained positive attitudes…
