ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A Rochester man has been charged with murder after a woman’s body was found hidden in her apartment earlier this week.
Police discovered 57-year-old Maria Benitez on Monday at her St. Paul Street apartment. She had not been seen for at least a week, and investigators say she had been dead for several days.
