In my mind, it’s combination of things. The light is soft and flattering. The furniture is comfortable.
It doesn’t necessarily have to be dressy or expensive, but thoughtful service is a key part of the experience. You’re probably not ordering at a counter and there aren’t kids jumping in the booth behind you…
