Rochester, N.Y. — The HUGS Foundation hosted its annual “Celebration of Smiles” Friday night.
The 2026 HUGS Gala raised funds for the foundation, which sends local volunteers on medical missions to perform life-changing surgeries to correct facial deformities and allow children and adults to live more normal lives.
Over the last 22 years, the group has gone on 53 missions and completed more than 2,700 surgeries…
