First Alert Weather: Cold wind chills lead into Monday morning, but 20-degree weather is on the way

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Most lake snow has moved out of western New York Sunday evening with the exception of light, shallow lake effect flakes towards Oswego County. The rest of us will see partly cloudy skies overnight with wind chills hovering around 0 degrees and winds out of the west/southwest between 10 to 15 mph.

Wind chills will dip to -5 to -10 degrees heading into Monday morning. Surface collision of air may force a light band of lake effect snow north (along the south shore of Lake Ontario) and far east of Rochester…..
