Hilton, N.Y. (WHAM) — Employees at the Hilton East Assisted Living Facility, where more than 100 residents were displaced in December, are now raising concerns about not being paid for weeks.
A water leak caused by rain and melting snow displaced 131 residents over a month ago. As of Monday, residents are still not back at the facility.
