Federal jury awards Rochester couple $125K over police shooting of dog

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A federal jury has awarded $125,000 to a Rochester couple after finding the City of Rochester and a city police officer liable for constitutional violations tied to the 2018 shooting death of the family’s dog.
