Rochester, N.Y. — The City of Rochester celebrated the grand opening of the new Alta Vista Complex at St. Joseph’s Park on Thursday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
The development features 76 energy-efficient apartments and additional amenities designed to provide residents with a safe and welcoming place to call home.
