Two Western New York residents face felony charges after a multi-agency investigation uncovered an alleged organized retail theft operation spanning three counties.
Kirk A. Thomas Jr., 41, and Nevada M. Nichols, 33, both of Batavia, were arrested last month in connection with multiple thefts from Walmart locations across Orleans, Genesee and Monroe counties, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office announced Friday.
