Rochester, N.Y. (WHAM) — Despite the frigid weather, many in Rochester still have to work outdoors, emphasizing preparation as a key theme.
“We live in Rochester, so it comes with the territory,” said Chris Shand, a valet representative at Lakeview Valet on Friday.
