Rochester, N.Y. (WHAM) — “It’s brutal,” Florida native Marion Richardson told 13WHAM late Saturday evening. “It was -27 where I was this morning. I’ve never felt it like this before. I’m just staying out of it if I can.”
With windchills well into the negatives, there were noticeably less people out and about throughout Saturday. Richardson, among the few in Rochester, briefly stopping to get gas.
