ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — With dangerously low temperatures in the forecast, health experts are warning that prolonged exposure to the cold can pose serious risks, while community groups are stepping up to help those most vulnerable stay safe.
Dr. Timothy Lum of Highland Hospital said the best protection is limiting time outdoors whenever possible.
