ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A 10-vehicle crash on Route 590 South in Rochester, near the 490 split south of Blossom Road, closed the ramp on Sunday, which has since been reopened.
The crash happened at around 10:30 a.m. There were ten vehicles involved.
