Penfield, N.Y. — The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office was investigating a “suspicious condition” late Tuesday.
The investigation appeared to center on the Legacy at Grande’Vie, a senior living community on Five Mile Line Road near Penfield Road that recently closed.
