ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The City of Rochester began its 2026 Black Heritage Committee Event Series with a gospel concert on Wednesday.
Held within the City Hall Atrium, the event invited the community for an afternoon of music performed by local musicians, including Strings for Success, a group comprised of fourth through sixth-graders playing string instruments.
