ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A police presence in Rochester blocked off Manitou Street while officers investigated a reported altercation that left one man injured.
Officers went to the area of Fernwood Avenue and Manitou Street at around 3 p.m. and found a 56-year-old male city resident with a minor head injury.
