ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Fairport Electric customers should expect to see an increase on their next electric bills.
The Village of Fairport explained that the electricity the customer used in January, when it was colder, is now being billed. That is expected to be delivered to customers over the next four weeks. Fairport Electric explains it has no control over the electric supply market, and price is determined by market conditions.
