Rochester, N.Y. (WHAM) — Newly obtained court documents are shedding light on a police pursuit that ended in a violent crash involving a passenger bus and left a pedestrian seriously injured Tuesday at the intersection of Hudson and Clifford avenues.
According to New York State Police, the suspect driver, 42-year-old David Robinson, was driving an SUV when he crashed into with an RTS bus, which then hit a pedestrian who was pinned underneath the vehicle.
