ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Multiple flights are being cancelled or delayed at the Frederick Douglass Greater Rochester International Airport amid a winter storm.
Flight cancellations are being reported across the country. On ROC’s departures board, many flights are being listed as cancelled — others are being delayed.
